Are LeaderLESS Corporations: An idle threat to the tradition of Leadership?
Or a very real and potentially necessary transition from an unequal society that is toppling over with too much money aided by an over active desire for more of all the wrong things, to one that prioritises equality to ensure a good night’s sleep for all?!
on Inc.com about Uber’s recent (June 2017) upsets with the boss bowing out graciously… she succinctly points out the way things are heading with a Millennial approach to leadership in a shared economy world that is growing ever closer and more intimate despite the distances we still need to travel.

- Know the rules change
- Think long-term
- Treat people like people
The shake ups in fast growing tech companies too will continue to increase as the masses grow to understand their power in changing to an equality led economy. Using the presets of ‘the shared economy’ created by the Internet as an example of the positive results realised from sharing.
